At PermaKeys.com, we sell digital software license keys that are delivered electronically via email. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund and return policy differs from that of physical products.

🚫 No Returns on Digital Products

Once a software license key is delivered to your email, it is considered used and permanently assigned to you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital products.

✅ Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The license key is invalid or non-functional and cannot be activated

  • You contact us within 48 hours of purchase and provide sufficient evidence

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue through troubleshooting or by issuing a replacement
